Shoot & Edit Packages:

 

Shoot 1 = £1,400 (1 Cameraman & Assistant (with smaller camera to be used in ceremony), Edit & 10 DVD’s + master DVD of all footage)

Arrival of guests, bridesmaids and bride at the church, the full service and register signing.

Departure of the car and the arrival at the reception, photographs, line up, cutting the cake,

the speeches, arrival of the evening guests and the first dance.

 Shoot 2 = £1.950 (2 Cameramen & Assistant (with smaller camera to be used in ceremony), Edit & 10 DVD’s + master DVD of all footage) 

As above, with second cameraman for extra groom & event coverage.

Terms & Conditions

All or part of this video may be used by Sociale for promotional purposes.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking.

A 50% payment due at least 10 days before the wedding.

The remaining 25% on pre-delivery of final DVD (minor adjustments are free).

All balances are due before the finished product is delivered.

Friends and family that operate video cameras must not hinder the professional coverage.

It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. Sociale will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.

It is the client's responsibility to secure clearance and/or copyright from contributors and/or music.

N.B. We use high-end professional equipment, which means our main camera is large, & shoulder or tripod mounted; sound recording is via radio microphones that require they are physically placed on the body. In addition, we may use a long boom pole to record sound - It is the clients’ responsibility to advise us if this is a problem so we can adjust the size of the equipment where necessary.

Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Sociale. Should you have any specific requirements such as the speeches that need to be in their entirety, certain guests or family that you want in (or out!!) of the edit or shoot, you must inform us previous to the shoot or edit otherwise you will incur extra costs should we have to re-edit at length.

Sociale cannot be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, problems with external audiovisual equipment (venue P.A. system, microphones, lighting etc...), interference from guests, members of the public etc.

Prior to the event, Sociale reserves the right to terminate this contract or change pre-designated crew at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health.

Should Sociale terminate this contract prior to the event, all monies paid will be refunded in full.

Any liability on the part of Sociale will be limited to the amount of monies pre-paid.

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Sociale of any technical or other problems within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed satisfied with the product.

Copyright will be owned by [the client and Sociale].
